In this 2-day workshop I’ll demonstrate intra-oral release — determining acuteness of TMJ disorder; locating and manipulating release-points in the jaw, SCM & TMJ. You’ll learn how to connect the release points in the occiput, trapezii and corresponding pectoral points. Each person will work on a TMJ model from start to finish, with opportunities to practice on each other.

I’m passionate to help other therapists learn this technique; to provide effective pain relief and grow their practice. I was taught intra-oral work in 2007 by my mentor Bob Harris (now retired) “Mr. Miyagi of Massage” and he made me promise I would teach others, as he taught me. I’ve taken this skill into the treatment rooms of 5-star hotels, The Peninsula Beverly Hills and Hotel Bel Air. Now in my own practice, my skills are invaluable to a number of high profile clientele - actors, musicians, producers, Over the 18 years I’ve honed this skill; what I’ve learned is virtually everyone needs this release work. With the exception of a handful of dentists and chiropractors and therapists, there are very few effective intra-oral therapists out there.
